CREATING RESTORATIVE CULTURE: STAFF IN-SERVICE PROGRAM
Pre-Session Overview
Cost: $400 + expenses
This four-hour pre-session overview of restorative school/organizational culture lays the foundation on which we build the 12 session program. We will look at what restorative culture is; why it is important; how it is created and the expected outcomes. It is a prerequisite for both the basic and primary programs.
Basic Program
Cost: $1200 + expenses
This program meets for one hour, once a week for twelve weeks. Sessions are interactive. The topics covered are listed but will be tailored to meet the needs of the group.
Primary Program

For more in-depth learning, the Primary Program sessions meet once a month for twelve months or twice a month for six months and are three hours in length.
