The Program Implementation Manager (PIM) is responsible for overseeing logistics and supporting successful program implementation across MAP’s three primary initiatives: Prevention, Men’s Engagement, and Restorative Justice. In collaboration with, and at the direction of, the Executive Director, this role bridges high-level programmatic coordination with daily, on-the-ground operations of MAP’s local, statewide, and national programs. The PIM supports MAP’s mission and vision by ensuring that all programs comply with funder requirements, align with best practices, and meaningfully engage community. Acting as a core organizational anchor, this position leads community outreach, nurtures external partner networks, manages a robust volunteer lifecycle, coordinates program logistics, and supports program evaluation.
